Well I'll help you out with an idea, but you have to remember that if he doesn't want to compare, you probably won't be able to persuade him.

Okay, try to have him stay the night, and get in one of those conversations about chicks. After you guys are deep into conversation, be 100% open with him. Say something like: "Hey, while we are on the subject, have you ever compared with a guy?". And then I think you can take it from there. That is probably your most effective way to see if he is interested. Just remember not to ask in a teasing or joking manner, this could end up making him uncomfortable.
