I normally just shop whenever I need clothing. If I need shorts I will just go to the store and get them I just dont go to the mall at random times to look around. A lot of times I will go to the mall with my friends but I dont ever buy clothing, except sometimes I might buy a Hat.

I buy clothes whenever I need, when I like something I see and am able to buy it, but I especially do it when it's sales season, like now. Oh, and I have to go to some other town to buy it, because where I live there isn't many places I like, so that is another fact that determines whether I buy clothes or not.
