First of all, if you have an STD, you already have it, so you can't get it again. That would be a bit redundant. Second, you can only get an STD by having sex (any type, oral, anal, vaginal, etc.) with somebody else who already has it. Simple as that.

Nope you can't but i heard you can get and STI (sexually transmitted infection)? i could be wrong.. im not sure.

No. You can get STDs or STIs from other people's cum but not from your own. For it to be present in your semen you would already have that STI so you couldnt catch it again.

If your semen contains an STD, that means you have it already. So you can't get it again if you have an STD.

Just so you know, an STD and STI are the same thing. It's all on a persons preference but STI is more accurate since STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection)
doesn't always carry a sign/symptom unlike a disease.
