Buying underwear

well today i bought underwear for the first time ever and im 16, my mum has aways bought my underwear and i was wondering if anyone else buys there own underwear or when did they first buy their own underwear?

I've been buying my own for the last couple of years, not that I but anything expensive really, tesco usually :) I just tell my dad if I think I need some new ones and he gives me the money.

I was probably....12? 13? when I started buying my own. After my first babysitting job I started paying for all of my own clothing.

My mom buys me some occasionally, if I mention that I need some while we are out. I don't hide what type of underwear I wear from her, so it's no big deal at all. :P

my mom still buys it, but at least she asks what I want.

My mum buys me some basic boxers sometimes.

I sometimes like having some designer boxers for going out etc so I do by some myself.

I've bought it since I was 12 or so.. but didn't get really nice designer underwear until a few months ago. I'm addicted now.

I used to buy my stuff my self. I go to shopping malls and check them personally and practically. When parents buy the stuff there is always comfortableness and miss match.
