Even if you're brother is a "doctor in training", he's in no position to give you any type of diagnosis, or anything of the sort when it comes to this topic.
If you feel something is wrong, go see a doctor.
And no, I can't say what you've so vaguely described has happened to me.

If you have recently experienced your first orgasm its entirely possible that the next time you wank you might have used up all of your sperm for the moment and so would get a dry orgasm. That's not really anything to worry about. If you are feeling the urge to do it again then just go for it.

Exactly what nick said, but if you are real worried I would go to a real doctor and not a doctor in training even if you bro is a very good doctor in training he still is in TRAINING so if you are that concerned go see a doctor.

That's good - but actual doctors work better :) And I find it difficult to read your post...

Older brothers can help. If it continues, talk to your doctor, but it sounds like a random thing that happens in puberty, and it should go away really soon. If it doesn't you do need to talk to your doctor, just like you told us, your doctor wont tell your mom or anything, doctor patient confidentiality. :D
Hope this helps. :D

If it continues, go to the doctor man!
