What underwear for soccer??

Hey! I've joined the soccer team at my High school and was wondering what underwear is better for the sport. right now im using boxers but it feels limited a little....

Limited in what way? Surely you should just wear whatever youre comfortable playing in. I think most guys wear boxers with a pair of shorts over the top of them.

When playing sports, or doing physical activity, you should always wear underwear that provides support.

I used to wear briefs when I was a kid, for the last few years I've worn boxers. I can't play this year due to medical reasons but next year I might try a jock strap or keep with boxers.

I play baseball, and think that the underarmour compression shorts are the best. I've played a bit of soccer too and I can't imagine playing any active sport with only boxers on. Your junk would jingle to much and you might get hurt.

hey i play soccer and i like wearing briefs or soccer shorts with the underwear already inside them. Its what ever you want to wear but i like them tighter for sports lol.

I wear underarmour compression shorts under my soccer shorts. I wear boxers regularly but I can't imagine wearing boxers while playing soccer. You would just be asking for hurt!

Random question for you soccer players: When you guys pee during a game, practice, whatever:

1) You're FORCED to used a bathroom or port-a-potty
2) Are allowed to pee in the bushes or on a tree

For those who stand while peeing, do you whip it out over the top of the shorts, or do you pull the leg of the shorts up close to the stomach and pee straight down, out of the leg hole?

What about doing that while on one knee? I was several feet away from a guy while he went down to one knee to pee.

I'm guessing the guy who kneeled did the "out the bottom of the shorts" thing.
