How often do you.....?

Not really sure if i should put this here but it's not something I can ask my friends. My boyfriend always makes fun of me because I only go to the toilet "properly" twice maybe three times a week. I see nothing wrong with it and am happy, but he goes like three time a DAY sometimes but I think that is too much. He always says I take too long too, but it is not something i like to rush. How often do others go, please don't say I am on my own!!!!!

Every1 has a different digestive system, for me personally i could go once a week or 3 times a day.. it depends what i'v ate etc.. there's nothing wrong with going 3 times a day or twice a week.. only start worrying if you don't go for over a week, or if u haven't went for a few days and your stomach starts hurting.

Yeah everyone is different I usually go about 4 times a week, but sometimes I go more often and sometimes less often.

My granddad told me once that his mum used to ask him if he 'had' and if he answered he hadn't then he got a large spoonful of cod liver oil or syrup of figs. He swears he's so regular you could set your watch by him 'going'. I think I 'go' every day but I don't know for sure

Seriously though its a least once a day, I mean whenever I need to of course. It sounds strange to go only go 2 or 3 times a week unless you just dont eat anything.

everybody poops at different rates based on your metabolism, what you've ate, how active you are, how MUCH you ate, etc. personally, im right with you, 2-3 times a week.

Its not uncommon for me to go 3 days at a time without even thinking about needing to "go" but normally I would say at once every 1-2 days. I dont think 2-3 times a week is anything to be worried about though, unless you get stomach pains or are physically stopping yourself from using the toilet.

answering the hidden question, completely depends how much i'm eating.
when im breaking 1500kcal consistently on solid foods (rarely) daily
1000+ every other (ish)
3 digits, erm... well its a problem at that point :P But i rarely stop eating THAT much.

Yeahhhh, this is a year old. Locking
