Hi everyone I didnt really look at the other forums on here about weight loss because I wanted to ask specifacally on how to do it for a certain sport. I'm trying to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time which i've heard is pretty hard to do anyways. I way about 175 right now and I have a lot of fat on me. In August i'm looking to lose at least 10 pounds. I have about 25% body fat which isnt a ton but i'm trying to get it down to around 8% or 10%. I'm looking for any tips like the kind of exerises i should be doing or a kind of meal paln I should follow. I appriciate any advice. I would also like to add i'm a rare sweet eater like maybe once a month and I havnt had any soda in over a month and it just doesnt seem like its really helping me lose any weight
