Zoloft aka Sertraline.

Have any of you been on this?
If so, did it help for your problems?
Did you suffer any side effects?
Did any of you gain / lose weight?

I'm going on this in a few days, I was on it in the beginning of this year but then I came off it, but I still want to ask you all about your experiences with it to see how it went for all of you.

I currently am on zoloft, it does help alot with anxiety, but then again medicine is all psychological. I do experience insomnia with it and some loss of appetite. I don't know about anything with weight gain or loss. It can make me pretty miserable being off it for more than a day.

I meant that I believe that SOME medicine only affects people because they believe and really think that it helps them. I might be the only person who thinks that but it's my viewpoint on anti depressants. Sorry if I confused

I'm on it now. I started with 14 days of 25mg, and am now on 50mg.

I feel like my head is numb, and I have no emotion about 4 hours after I take the pill. Zoloft is hell.

I'm on Sertraline right now.. Have been taking 'em since last november, when diagnosed with depression.. Now I'm on 75mg and I haven't had any side affects at all..

Now I haven't got that freaking depression anymore, and I'll get to stop like the beginning of next year.. :)

I was on it for awhile, but like all the drugs I've been on, they just made me hyper, restless, yet still depressed.
