so two days ago i found out that the girl i like and rejected me for a year likes me and wants to give me a chance. well the thing is after i found out i was sad and happy and then desided to be happy. and my throte started to hert and wen i woke up in the morning, my voice got deaper and my dick grew a little and i can fully cum all in one day! it was the most odd thing thats ever happend to me. my qestion is, is it posabe for a dramatic change to make puberty speed up ? or something like that?

Your throat shouldn't hurt when your voice gets deeper, and it certainly shouldn't become very deep overnight. As for the sexual maturity happening overnight, garbage. There is no way to speed up puberty.

No, it is not because of the change; however, it could be because you got a boost in confidence which has a surprising amount to do with puberty. I do find it odd that all of that happened at once, but I guess everybody is different. Good for you by the way, got the girl you wanted. :D
