is there anything thats been bothering you like deep down inside? like something thats sub-consciously causing these angry streaks to appear?
PM me and it will be much easier for me to chat with you about this. i remember having a similar problem as well..

I used to be a very short tempered person at one time. Though i learned how to control it because I could feel myself starting to tense up and breather heavier. It would be over the smallest thing, but I guess it would all depend on my day, but when i felt like I was going to go off on someone. I would stop what I was doing, and count back ward to ten in my head. Or (this sounds odd, but it worked for me) I would take my thumb and my middle and index finger and rub them together it just was very soothing for me.
Or maybe you could go to see your doctor that way you could tell him/her how you're feeling and maybe they could give you more suggestions. Even talking with your mom and having a sit down with her and explaining that you get these moments or anger and you don't mean to. Just talk with them I'm sure there is a way your parents could help. If you ever need someone to talk to I'm always here VM/PM me anytime.

I think you should make an appointment with your doctor and explain to him/her exactly what is going on. This sounds like it could be a form of OCD, one of my friends has moments where she gets extremely mad for absolutely no reason and loses it, but it's her way of preventing a certain something from happening. Or it could be a mild form of bipolar.
Don't try to self diagnose yourself though. That could lead to many other types of problems. I highly recommend just scheduling an appointent with your doctor.

This thread is from July, so it's considered a bump, please don't bump old threads, thanks.
