Me and this chick are flirting etc and getting along well and all that crap and I wanna ask her out, only one problem. Shes my best friends who is basically my brothers, ex girlfriend, he said he wouldnt care if I dated her but would it be wrong? Also he is totally over her and has a new steady relationship and she is over him to.

He said he doesn't mind it so he can't hold anything against you. No it's not wrong, they broke up so he has no say over it. And it's not like you're cheating with her on him, they broke up for a reason, they're done with each other.
