why don't you tell her that you don't feel comfortable with your parents in the room ?
and you might wanna ask her if it's really necesary that their in there with you :)
good luck !!

just ask her when you go in if you can do it by yourself.. they can't tell anybody anything if you dont want them to so just tell her you dont want them with you and you want to do it by yourself... or take a good friend to stay with you instead of them.

Good luck!

Tell her you don't want your parents in the room. I want to be a child pshyctrist when i grow up. Its in the intrest of your phsyctrist that yor comfortable. So if you don't like parents there then they have to get out. If they don't leave you don't have to say anything. You have the right to not talk and not to take the meds if they make you not feel right.

I now alot about this stuff. PM anytime, I can give you advice

Well, keep in mind that these people are very trained and know what they are doing.

As for the medications, there are many meds with different side effects and they work differently. I think your psychiatrist will work with you to see which ones work best and you need to make sure you communicate that very clearly to them. Tell them what you have taken in the past and the side effects and they will probably have you try different meds until you find the ones that are right to you.

Then the psychologist...I mean, they are trying to get to know you and open up communication between everyone. So I think it is a good thing that they are in the room because keeping a secret will just make things worse.
If you truly!!!!! want to get better, you would be very honest with the psych AS WELL AS your parents.
So I suggest having them in the room for that exact reason. They may react much differently than you think, and even if they react badly, at least they know and will understand more about you.
So let them be in the room.

Good luck :)
