i have these little spots on my scrotum and little bumbs under the head. and once i got a pimple on the head and i pooped it and now there is a scrar what do i do

Nothing to do. The bumps are where hair will grow. The pimple is just part of puberty.

yea, dont let those little bumps freak you out. they're hair folicles where hair will eventually grow out. sometimes you can get pimples on ur genitles, its just puberty! make sure you wash enough and everything but be careful where they are for popping them. i wouldnt pop one if it was on the head, either let it b or find some other way to get rid of it cus you dont want to be scarring up or blistering up the head

That's why you don't pop zits - they leave welts, or even scars. Although there is a welt/scar where you popped a zit, it doesn't mean it destroyed your skin. You can still grow hair there.

From personally getting a *LOT* of zits on my penis, and popping them, the best way to get rid of ANY zit is just leave it alone, and softly rub the zit with soap while taking a bath or shower until it goes away. But don't worry about it.

The bumps are hair follicles getting ready to grow hair. They are on the red part because the red part will still grow hair.

what do you mean by little black things? hair folicles that will later sprout hair look like little bumps on the skin and the the color of the skin arond them
