Well, for some reason my wrist aches like effin hell! I will let some stuff out that might have caused it.
I used to cut all the time on this wrist. (I stopped ages ago)
It's the hand I use the mouse with and i'm on my computer 24/7.
It's not my main hand because i'm left handed.

Any opinions? It really really hurts. My whole arm hurts too but mainly the wrist.

It might be from typing on your computer to much. You might need one of those braces for your hand. Anyway, you should get a doctor to check it out.

Ya... you might need a brace, or you could ice it a lot. I think they have special keyboard for people who spend a lot of time on the computer. You would have to look into that though.

Yeah I have a laptop too :P
But I usually rest my wrists on the part of the laptop just below the keyboard.

this is late but...

Sounds like you sprained it to me
I'd go see a doctor about it if it is a sprain then a tension bandage some pain killers and an anti-inflamitory would help but its hard to tell from a quick description and i just have standard first aid i'm not a doctor

well to me it sounds like you could have either done some nerve damage when u were cutting, or it could b a repetieive strain injury, both of which i think you should get cheacked out if its causing you that much pain, hope that helped and i hope you get better :D cya xx

Well, i dunno if anyone else has said but it sounds like an RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). These happen quite a lot to people who do repetitive movement with their hand, i.e. playing on a computer. This can't be treated as such, but if it is really hurting that much go to your doctor and get some painkillers for it.
