I know what its like to feel like nobody is there...Like youre all alone. Well I just want you all to know that youre not alone. There is always someone who loves you. Prove them right, that you are the bigger person..that you CAN get through this. There are also people who hate you. Prove them wrong. They would love to see you fall...you cant let that happen. If any of you ever need anyone..ANYONE..whether it to talk about why youre upset, or even if you just want to talk...you can PM me. I care about you. Everyone here on VT cares about you. At first, I didnt believe this....but now that Ive been on for awhile, I realize that this is true.
Suicide: Its a serious thing. I just got over my suicidal thoughts a little bit ago. Its a hard thing to shake, but with the right support system, you can do it. You can make it through another day...another week...another month...another year, and for many more to come.
Helpful Tips: If youre upset, depressed, angry, or even just bored...a good thing to do is draw. It lets you escape your feelings, and it looks good in the end. You can try writing. Even if you dont have a diary, you can just buy a regular school notebook...or just find random paper around your house everyday. but dont just write about the bad stuff, write about the good stuff, too. Then, when you look back and read it, youll know that good stuff does happen to you. There will always be sadness in your life, but there will always be more happiness.
Self Harm: Think before you self harm. Ask yourself, "is it really worth it?" Ask yourself, "who am I hurting?" The answer to that: No, its not worth it. Also, youre hurting a lot of people...includeing me. Dont cover up your scars...use them as a way to tell your story. A way to help others. Those scars are proof that you need help...
