just act normal and be nice to her then ask for her number then call her talk with her and when you feel is the right time ask her out on a date to something that she's think is cool, romantic or whatever she like after that share your feeling to her that you like her and things like that.

Talk to her about something she likes or does. Make it all about her for the first few times you talk to her. She will quickly become a friend and like talking to you. Then you can gradually turn the conversation to other things.
