Cant Get In Chat?

Whenever I try to log into the chatroom, I get a black box where the chat box should be. If I try the float option it doesnt load. I've cleared my cookies, and my cache. I use Mozilla Firefox, and its completely updated. The Java is updated, and I think its enabled, but the box wont come up. Any ideas?

All that happens is a black box comes up surrounded by white. :/
