This is a very serious question so please don't joke around.

I have something that looks like a pimple growing on the tip of my penis, its size is about 3-4 mm diameter. I'm wondering if this is testicular cancer? I've heard usually that cancer grows on the balls, but i've had this lump on the tip of my penis for a while now.

I did self test and it seems like my balls are fine, no lumps.

Is this testicular cancer, if anyone knows? my parents are asian so getting checked in the hospital is only the last resort.

Well, obviously it isn`t testicular cancer if it isn`t on or in your testicles. Are you sexually active?

On the safe side, go to the doctors, just to see what it is. But, I am sure you are cleared of testicular cancer.

It can not be testicular cancer because it is not on your testicle's. But in order to make sure it is not something that needs to be treated or something to be concerned about you should prolly go see a doctor, just to be safe. also don't be embarrassed about showing the doctor you dick, they see them all the time and they will not care about it, so go have it check i think thats your best bet

To be honest I'd go to the doctor, it's not the cancer bc it would be on your testicals but it could be a simple pimple or if your sexualy active it could b a STD.

Well it could be an STD if you/ someone sucked your penis, most STDs spread that way (hepies, warts, climittia, ex.) or it could be an reatation or fungle groth.

no, so no way it's stds

He stated that he isn`t sexually active, so why would everyone repeat what I asked and he answered? And I said that it isn`t testicular cancer, because it isn`t on his testicles. I hate it when people post things without reading the previous posts.

I have only one testicle so i have 2 c a doctor every 6 months. One because t/c runs in our family and 2. Im a late in my delvopment. To answer your question -- the bump is on your penis and not on your testicles. So i would rule out t/c. How ever im not a doctor. I would c your medical doctor 2 have your condition reviewed. Also at this time your doctor should take time to show u how to check for t/c. Best to b done after a hot bath or on a warm day. T/c is no joke. Plus t/c victums r moslty younger guys .
Please c your medicial doctor 2 b on the safe side. One of my uncles had t/c when he was 16. He had to have a testicle removed. He is doing fine now and he is like in his late 30's.

I'd say it's Pearly Penile Papules, but it sounds as if it could be more of a genital wart. However, DON'T attempt to pop them. Go see a doctor for proper treatment.
