is there some link I can go to so I can access the shoutbox? it's not working for me. I have to use a proxy (for those of you that don't know, my dad blocked VT..)

Why not try clearing your cache and cookies the miracle trick. Or try using a different search engine. Sometimes for me certain things don't work for me on Chrome so I just use FireFox.

I don't know, I think it doesn't show because of the proxy I'm using.
