but I want to know how I can make myself eat more without wanting to throw up. I barely eat anything during the day and Im never hungry. I dont really want to force myself but I guess I have to.

Try changing 3 large portions into 6 small ones throughout the day, and take your time.
You should be okay then :)

Or do it like me... 2 big meals and like 4 snacks during the day :)

It takes practice to eat more... If you've been excessively exercising, drastically dieting, skipping meals or if you routinely undereat then your body gets used to it over time. When you eat more... such as the nuts... then you gain. But it's a temporary thing and you have to work through it. As you eat more, your body will burn more and things then even out.
It's very important to get into a regular eating habit. Three good meals a day, some snacks in between possibly. If your eating patterns have become disrupted then you have to train yourself to eat regularly... settting alarm clocks, planning ahead, eating when you're not especially hungry. Eventually you will come to expect food at certain times and your appetite will return.
If you carry on undereating then you will become sick over time. Since you're reasonably young your body will cushion you against a lot of problems associated with poor nutrition and yes, you could be 'fine and healthy' at the moment. But eventually you'll deteriorate. So it's in your best interests to get a regular eating habit, eat well, eat enough... You can't let the prospect of a little weight-gain get in the way of your long-term health.
