Can't help myself

I'm getting worse :( I've been cutting myself for three days straight now. Normally I go months without it but i'm becoming like I used to be again. This morning I cut myself all over both my arms, and the ones near my wrist are really deep >< all over my stomach, and my legs. I have p.e tomorrow. I'm going to get so much shit :(

what made you do it? why cant you tell someone? will your parents support you if you told them?

maybe its time to get some help. if you've been here before you know what cutting does to you. try and solve the problem that makes you want to cut, and then try and get over the addiction that cutting is.

telling someone will be the first step to helping yourself. i know its hard to do, but it does help. at first it might seem horrible, but then you start not wanting to cut. it works, i've been there :)
