how do you make a group? or is that only for mods?

you need 500 posts (I Think) in order to create groups

I believe a 500 post count, or a 3-6 month time period of being here. If I am correct.

You have to have a certain number of posts and have to had been here for a certain length of time...I forget them but just click "Create New Group" when you see it lol
