Idea for pot designs

I think someone should make a pot, like you cook in where the only part that transfers heat is the bottom, and the rest insulate and be safe to the touch it'll keep heat in and keep you from burning yourself.

There are already pans that do this, however most people... Well, almost on one has them do to the insane prices, the only reason I know these exist is, I work in a decent restaurant and we have 4 or 5 pan like these. Only the bottoms get hot on them while the rest of it stays at a manageable temp.

I'll have to ask my dad what material it's made out of, but for our deep fryer we have a ring of some sort of metal. The handle is cool to the touch, and only the part in the oil is hot. It's quite nice.
