i am thirteen year old girl. i like my next door neibghor who is 35 years old. he is very sweet and i have noticed him looking at me. he has never tried to do anything all he has done is look. i feel like i want to approach him and have some fun with him is this wrong-- what should i do

yea, you'd regret "having fun" with a 35 year old when you're 13. i mean it is kinda natural for guys to be attracted to girls even if they're alot younger, well not attracted but if they look good to them they might look at them once or twice but it is kinda weird that he "stares" at you. if you wanted to get to know him and know if he's a nice guy then you could know him as a neighbor but nothing more than that id think would be good for a 13 y/o and a 35 y/o
