I personally like being circumsised. i would reccomend cimcumsising, because of hygiene issues. Once the forsking is removed, it will not grow back. it stays like that forever. as for not cicumsising your kids "unless the want to". they wont really have a choice, unless you wait untill their older to do it. usually parent decide when the child is born.

There are actually ways to stretch the leftover foreskin and make it grow so that you have the whole thing back, sort of.

well, the only downside i've had to being circumsized is the need of lubrication; sometimes when i want to be quiet about it i just go dry, but I usually need spit or something. Having foreskin eliminates the amount of friction compared to not having any. Also i always worry about if orgasms would have felt more pleasurable - but i guess theres no way to measure that.

I like being uncut. I sometimes am curious as to what it's like being cut, but then I remember I can just pull it back and losing it would not be worth it. I have nothing against cut people, or think I'm better. Sure the pleasure is better, but not too noticeably. And being a cut person who doesn't clean is worse than being an uncut who does. As long as you wash it we're equally healthy and not more likely to get diseases than circumcised people.

I'm uncut, but I think I'd prefer it if I were circumcised just purely because of aesthetic reasons, not that nonsense about supposedly better hygiene or decreased risk of contracting STDs. I just think it would look better, but it really isn't that big of a deal anyway.

I don't plan on having children, but if I did I wouldn't even consider infant circumcision. It's their body, they have the right to choose what they want to do with it. If they want to get circumcised later on in life like I do, it's their own personal choice. It shouldn't be forced on them.

I am glad I am cut, and it helps with cleanliness. I would not grow it back, I like not having it. Also, per what you said about giving your kids the choice, it is not realistic because the reason it is done while you are a baby is because of the shear amount of pain, and babies don't remember pain when they get older, but if they were to get it when they were older, it would be unbearable. I personally will have my kids cut. :D

"Babies won't remember the pain" isn't a legitimate reason to cut off a part of a person's body without their consent. The only reason circumcising your baby is seen as okay in our society is because it is a tradition, and that's why people do it.

I know I can't force anyone to not circumcise their son(s), all I can do is just advise you not to because I think it's wrong. But it really isn't that big a deal, just a small piece of skin afterall.

About the pain thing anyway, I've read a bunch of testimonies from guys who got circumcised in their adulthood saying that the procedure itself doesn't hurt at all due to the anesthetics used to numb the pain. But the weeks after it are supposed to be pretty uncomfortable. Not painful, just uncomfortable. Like peeing, showering, when it rubs up against your underwear, stuff like that. I think I'd be able to take a few weeks of discomfort to get my penis the way I want it to be :cool:

I was actually uncut when I was little, but then some kinda implication or infection came up and I had to get circumcised (I never asked why I had too, though. It was probably an infection of some sort). It was surgically and I was anesthetized, so I didn't feel any pain. They probably did something else while I was there to solve the underlying issue, too. This was all before I started masturbating, and today I still wonder what it's like to jerk off with a foreskin.

I'm still debating whether or not to get my children circumcised :confused: Maybe I'll just let my future wife decide.

DAN -- cut here and like cut - i would never want to have foreskin, think it looks bad. if i have kids i will have them cut.

NEIGH - uncut, and like uncut. would not have boys cut if i had any.
uncut is the only way to go. 4 skin is a good thing, i have a rather long
4 skin, much more than most. cut is ok also, but 4 me 4 skin is better.
