um question, for circumsised people. im circumsised but i have a flaby thing on the botom of my penis. i can stretch it over the head without like stretching any other skin. but wen i let go it gose back . i dont get it it like its there but not there. and other question. is it posable to grow it back? i herd it is but its not exactly the same. i want to but im only a teen so if i tride the dactor would be like. um wat? and hed tell my mom. that thing of skin i think just means you were circumsized very loosley, so they didnt cut as much of the skin of as they might another person where they wouldnt have that,
