Help with really painful, nasty looking blisters?

I made the mistake of not wearing thick enough socks in my riding boots a couple days ago when I went to work and ride and this horse barn near my house. Needless to say, I have a bunch of awful blisters (1 of my left heel and 2 on my left ankle and 3 on my right ankle..the left side is much worse) on my feet and legs where the boots rubbed. They're super painful, red with pus in them and oozing, and nothing seems to be helping. I've tried putting bandages with medicine on them, letting them get air, etc.
I'm leaving for the beach in 2 days so I really would like these to get better, as I don't want to be spending my entire vacation nursing & worrying about my blisters. (I'm fine moving around and doing stuff, its just painful and I can't wear anything other than flip flops so no heels when I go out I guess...=[)

Pop'em. Its sad and hard to say, but if you do they will harden and you wont get them again.
