your cum is not semen. its pre-cum, the stuff that comes before the actual stuff. when it becomes white then it's the real deal. i first got that stuff when i was around 11/12. and you dont have to worry about your cum turning white yet. :) your just a late bloomer, you'll come to it sooner or later. ^_^

Your cum IS semen, there's just no sperm in it. There doe have to be sperm in the fluid for it to be semen. But anyway, that's a bit off topic, my cum began turning white about 4/5 month after I began cumming the clear stuff.
