Here's (http://hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Remove-Pimples-Easily) a pretty good link I found a few months back on removing pimples. Helped me, should help you.

Thanks. I heard a myth that rubbing white toothpaste in to a pimple helps kill all the bacteria and things.

It doesn't. From what I've seen, it's only spread the bacteria.

There are tons of different options. Are you using anything at the moment? I would start with a facial wash of some kind.
Benzoyl peroxide is a useful OTC (over the counter, don't need a prescription in the US as far as I know) option. The drug comes in creams and dries out your skin and kills the bacteria. It can be quite effective against mild-medium acne like yours.

Benzoyl Peroxide... as long as it can clear up my face so I don't look like a baboon or something.

The face is cute...all I can say is :use masks and creams... And keep hands off face! Your hands poit oil and bacterium on your face causing even more pimples... As bored as you may be do not rest your head in your hands!that's an issue...longe hairStyles also add more grease to the mix(for anyone who might be Reading) so just stick to a routine and it should work... Or you can talk to your doctor about getting specially formated creams but that can be up to 50 bucks a month

Don't be too hard on yourself, bud. I know it's easy to get down over acne (I've had lots of experience :P) but it really doesn't look as bad as I bet you think it does. You're still a good looking guy, so keep your head high. :)
Anyways, yes, benzoyl peroxide should help. My advice is:
Get a mild cleanser and wash your face gently twice a day (if you shower in the morning or at night that can be one of the face washings). Don't wash much more than that, as excessive cleansing can also irritate your skin and cause more problems.
Get a benzoyl peroxide cream and use it before bed on problem areas.
Get a non-comedogenic (means doesn't block pores, so it won't cause more acne) moisturizer to counteract the drying effect of the benzoyl peroxide if necessary.
This is basically the acne.org regimen (http://www.acne.org/regimen.html), and I've heard lots of good things (plus it works for me, though I'm very relaxed about it since after a course of accutane I have very little acne now and only use benzoyl peroxide for helping to stop occasional breakouts).

toothpaste can work to dry it up in some cases, it has worked for me as long as you remember to wash it off.

hmm, besides using cosmetics, what would, say, a wire brush and rubbing alcohol do for me? Besides being in pain.

Besides being in pain? Potential scarring, irritation (which could cause more acne), and that's about it. Very bad idea, don't do it.

i use sunscreen xD lol. it works for me. i discovered it worked for me last year when i started my job at a waterpark. i will not use Clean and Clear anymore. never worked for me. idk how sunscreen works, but it does, BUT make sure you apply a few times a day, but dont overdue it. and use SMALL amounts. using too much will make you face look oily and the smell would start to grow. so before you apply some more, wash the area FIRST, dry it completely, then apply a little bit of sunscreen.
hey this works for me. you could try it, but your results my be different. im a lifeguard so i use sunscreen 5 out of 7 days a weeks a few times a day, and it works. but, using too much you may break out more so, dont overdue it.
well, this is my method, lol. you can try. like i said, your results could be completely different. i use No-Ad Sunblock SPF 60 or 85.

Might sound weird. But Baking soda. Put a little bit of water in a cup and keep adding baking soda and stirring it until its a paste like mixture, then apply to the infection areas, let it dry, and rinse it off with warm water.

I highly recommend noxzema. I use it all the time. It's got a really clean smell. I love it.
But if you don't like it. I also recommend Biore products.

I suggest speaking to your doctor :]
That's what I did, and he prescribed me Clindamycin Phosphate.
It's clear as well, so people won't notice that you have it on your face.

Why be so difficult about it?
Just ask your parents to take you.
Hell, even an older sibling.

Well, toothpaste usually work for me.
Just take a really small amount and put on the pimples.
And except for that, keep your face clean!

i have not tried it yet but i herd that 1 serving of oatmeal (cooked) with 1/4th honey works...use it when it is warm so it opens your pours then put on face for a lil...
or wash with hot water(to a hot temp that you can stand dont try super hot because then you will look super red) and soap with no scents or oils this will open the pours and allow the soap to cleanse...rinse with hot water and then rinse again with cold water to close the pours (this may cause your face to feel dry and itchy but you know beauty is a bitch)
P.S when you find a treatment that works continue it even when the pimples go away...and just about every treatment will make it worse at first so give it a week or so before you give up
hope this helps :)

Hot shower. Opens up your pores. Then wash your face with a cleanser meant for helping acne, and it'll be more affective because the pores are open.
There is no way to get COMPLETELY rid of a pimple overnight. Toothpaste works, I guess, but it just dries out that part of the skin, making the pimple smaller.
Just keep your face clean, wash every night and day. Don't touch your face lots. Don't pick at them(that's my major problem.) and DONT pop them, unless they're all white and about to burst anyway.(ew.)
