Yes, contrary to what those above me are saying, what you did last night was almost certainly illegal. The kind of illegal that gets you sex offender status if convicted - lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, since he's 14 and you're 19.

The legality settled, was it morally wrong? Very difficult question. Assuming it was literally as simple as you two masturbating separately to some porn (as opposed to using each other for visual material or masturbating each other or something), I don't see any pressing issues of consent or anything. That said, I have some difficulty believing that this was as simple as "hey, we're both going to masturbate later, might as well just get it out of the way now since this good porn is on". Either way, morally wrong or not, the possible consequences of this make it a spectacularly bad idea that I would strongly caution against.

The age difference is kinda conflicting. Just make sure he was okay with it, and that he doesn't tell his parents. That's when you can get into some big trouble.
