when i looked inside my hole i saw white chunky type discharge( could this be yeast?)
also i have been sexually active in the past and i didn't notice a tear in my hymen but how can u tell if it is or not

Well not being a girl I've been hesitant to answer this one, but I think there's some possibly bad and misleading advice here. Vaginal discharges are normal, especially so a white discharge at the start and end of the menstrual cycle. However if it looks clumpy like cottage cheese that can be a sign of an STI and you may want to get that checked out.
