Has anyone discovered The Smiths yet? They have quite a cult following in the UK, not sure about other countries.
When I was very depressed (still am, but not so bad), i started looking for songs with lyrics relating to my situation (lame! :D), but I came across The Smiths, and their lyrics are amazing, as well as the music.
Even though the lyrics are slightly depressing, they seem to help me become less depressed, as I can relate to the lyrics I suppose.
Also, what are your favourite songs? Mine are How Soon Is Now?, Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now, Ask, Panic, Stop Me If You Think That You've Heard This One Before, and Last Night I Dreamt Somebody Loved Me.
