At first, A dildo does hurt slightly. If you're a virgin, that is. Because your anus is basically having to stretch to let it in.. after that though it is pleasurable - not to mention stimulating the prostate.

Of course its an ordinary package, if you're expecting special wrapping paper with lots of little pink dildos all over it you will be in for a disappointment.

Besides, I think there's a way in the US to get it sent so that you have to personally pick it up at the post office.
