I have a very bad habit that I can't stop. I tend to pick my eyebrows and eyelashes out. I see a lady for it but can't stop. I will let them all grow in then pick them all again. Now I have moved on to picking my down there hair and now I have a red bump that ithes down there. But for my eyelashes and eybeows people notice but it takes two months for eyelashes to grow in and about month for eyebrows to grow in all of the way. The problem is that I pull them out when they are small because they are extra dark and thick. It has gotten so bad thy I will stand in front of the mirror when I'm suppose to be doing these excersises but instead I'm pulling something. I want to stop but can't. Please help me.

Maybe get into plucking them?
If they're growing back bushy, get tweezers and pluck them to a shape you feel like.
On a side note, you could draw on your eyebrows with eyeliner, alot of people do it.

What it is is that I just randomly pluck them with my fingers as a bad habit it moved from my eyelahes Tony eyebrows and I can't stop it.

Hmm...if you're around friends alot, ask them to full on slap you if you do it in front of them, as for at home, maybe have your parents slap you to.
Your body might pickup that the habbit is something that will cause pain.

OW! Okay, I don't know how you do that, it hurts!

I tend to do it when no one is around me. See it will hurt sometimes anyway but I still keep pulling them out. I've even made my eyebrow bleed I've pulled to many in one section. Or I will make red marks tht leave minor marks for a long time.

you should seek professional help. when you want to pluck hold an ice cube in your hand or maybe perhpas on ur eyelash. try somethign else. distract yourself so you won't hurt yourself. i have a friend who has fallen into this habbit.. you must simply resist the urge. your mind is strong, but you can fight the urge. i cut... well in the mists of stopping. but what i do when i want to, is i will picture the worst looking cut in my mind skin spread apart, pussy and disgusting looking, and then it makes me sick, makes me wonder why i want to do this... so try that.. picture a person who looks horrible without eyelashes and eyebrows and well try to make that image horrible looking in your head. try to be replused by it. hope this helps a bit..

Maybe you could try to keep your fingernails really short? It would make it harder for you to pull at your eyebrows, and maybe give you something else to focus on.

My finger nails are alreay short because I chew in them. I've actually done really good the last month ive almost grown them all in right now and can almost wear mascara but everytime I acomplish it I pull withi a few months.

that is good that they are growing back :) good job! don't set yourself up for failure by saying u'll pull it agian. i have faith in you. i know you can get through this. you want to stop, you can, you just need to believe in yourself. you know you can do it. you can end this. of course easier said then done, but have faith in yourself.

I have done this since I was really young.
It is called trichotillomania.

It can be treated & you can get better with the, by the sounds of it, compulsive picking.
I'd see a professional, preferably a psychologist/therapist, to talk about this & try to find ways to stop.
