I've been masturbating since I was 8, but i had been shooting blanks until I was 12 or so. I don't know if this is pre-cum or not. It's clear and has a very distinct smell, but unlike some other things that I've read saying that it will most often dribble out, it shoots out about 2/3 inches in the air. This may be because I exercise my urethra, although I'm not completely sure.

Since I exercise my urethra, as previously mentioned, I can keep myself from going for 20 minutes or so. Even longer if I take a 2-second break every so often. I heard that you need to go for quite a while, ie: 15/20 minutes to achieve maximum pleasure and cum, although this doesn't seem to be working for me.

Yes its normal for you to only have a small amount of cum, your body will start producing more as you get older, give it another 6-12 months and I bet you will be able to fully ejaculate.

Precum just leaks out before you get as far as an orgasm, there is no feeling of pleasure to it. Precum doesnt shoot. If it only happens when you orgasm then its an ejaculation, not precum, makes no difference whether it shoots or dribbles. Lots of guys have fairly clear cum at first because it doesnt contain much sperm, it will get whiter later on.

Precum is related to the "idea of sex"...you can precum without ever touching your penis.

You generally do not "shoot" precum.

The other Nick is also correct about your ejaculant not containing much sperm at first, which is why it is clear. Semen, the liquid that preps the tubes and protects the sperm, is clear and is also called PRECUM. Sperm is white/milky. Clear ejaculation is ejaculation without sperm. In most cases, a teenage boy is unable to successfully get a woman pregnant for two years after he begins to ejaculate.
