Scroll?

Well I had to do a system recovery since.. I had to, and it doesn't scroll anymore, only some sites when your on for a while.

Like it scrolls but It goes down it in like squares, not just a smooth scroll

Can anyone help?

Go to control panel then the mouse option. Click on the Wheel button at the top and change the number of lines it scrolls at a time to a lower number. That may help.
