I'd definitely say that's something you're going to want to avoid doing. I mean, it's a really far stretch to call it cheating, but it's certainly not out of the question. Like the gentlemen above me said, if you're going to him for things you can't go to your girlfriend for, then it's causing you to be somewhat unfaithful. Concentrating on her, regardless of your outside pursuits is a definite must.

It is all an interpersonal thing bro. If you feel guilty about masturbating with someone who isn't your GF, then I'd stop. Anything that is on the border line cheating can only be defined as cheating by you, so do you think J/O on cam with someone else is cheating?
