I'm very desperate to gain weight :( . I'm a 14 year old Asian male over 5',5" and still under 90 pounds! I'm going to high school next school year btw, and thinking about joining tennis.

Eating
-I don't always eat till I'm full.
-I drink milk maybe 3-8 times a week

Exercise
-School year[middle school]
-Usually one mile jog a week [Time:6:30-8:00 minutes]. 2-5 times if I'm in track.
-Occasionally 2-3 times a week I have to walk home which is one mile away
-I do pushups 1 time/week at school, 1-2 times/week at home. I can do 40-50 If I do it slowly, with pause. I can do 50-70 quickly, without pause.
-I do sits ups/crunches 1-2 times/week at school , 2-3 times/week at home. I can do 30-45 slowly, with pause. I can do 40-60 quickly, without pause.

Questions:
1. How do I get my weight up? I should be at around 110 pounds right now.
2. What should I do during summer? I'm extremely bored. I hang out with my friends 1-2 times a week, but that's all :/ We usually go have picnics, or bike 5-8 miles.

I desperately need help >.<. I'm very self conscious right now, and I never go swim because I'm afraid people will look at my skinny body.

Also, this really cute and hot asian girl who am I pretty good friends with says she doesn't 'like' me because im skinny.

I'm sorry if this isn't in the right section.

hmmmm maybe eat more foods high in protein as they help build muscle mass. keep up with the workout regime, try changing it to every other day if you can. make sure your diet is balanced and try to eat breakfast daily. take some vitamins so that you have energy throughout the day to do your exercises. eventually you will begin to notice some results. the main factor in this is to steady out calorie intake with your metabolism. hope this helped!
