Well it could just be because you have all that blood rushing back in after you are done with business, and it is too quickly distributed, resulting in a headache... I got slight headaches when I was a lil' bit younger but they have since subsided.

It happens some times, it has something to do with the dopamine hormone in the brain, the hormone that registers pleasure. An orgasm is like a natural high, and afterwards you get a low, and sometimes this is followed by a head ache. I hate this, but it happens sometimes.
