Am I tall for my age?

I'm 12 alomst 13, and I'm 5'5 1/2" Am I tall for my age, I' m taller than most of the boys in 7th grade, my mom says that I might end up to be 6'2" becuase my mom's 3 older sisters were 6'2" and my dad's side of the family is usually on average 6'-6'1" when it comes to the women. So do you think I'll be tall, and am I tall for my age?

I feel short. I don't think I've grown really for several years, so it seems like you are tall for your age but don't sweat it... it's better to be tall. :3

I'm 15 and I'm 5' 4" but it's probably normal. A lot of people are tall. Or you could be going through a growth spirt and then in a couple years everyone else will catch up to you and you won't be so tall anymore. I hope I helped!
