I was wondering: How do rep points correspond to the rep blocks and rep power

50 rep points = 1 rep level as far as i know

Nah, when the power goes up by 1. I'm not really sure what the bars are though to be honest

i think for every 3 rep power or 150 rep points you gain one bar. max 10 bars and i think the max bumber of shinny bars is 5

Your rep power determines how much you affect the other users' rep points. So you have 10 which means you can give 10 or take 5 from a users rep points.

Your rep blocks are decided by your rep points. Generally its every 200 points per block after your light green blocks. I don't remember for the regular green blocks.
