Phone Upgrade

Idk what to think about for a phone upgrade in september. I currently have the LG Dare that i really love, but it has no 3G, or no web access, it has started to freeze up on me a few months ago, now its a regular thing once in a while, the phone runs great and smooth, it takes better pics than my digital camera, the txting experience is awesome, but freezes up sometimes, and i paid for this all by myself, the whole $200.

i dont feel the need to upgrade but i want to upgrade at the same time. i have my eyes on the HTC Incredible and the Samsung Fascinate (Galaxy S on Verizon) but if i do buy one of these when i upgrade, i would have to pay the 30 bucks a month for a data plan on both, OR if i dont upgrade and keep my dare but ad internet to it, i would still have to pay for a data package. so either way it really wouldnt matter what i do.

But im not to sure because the phone is still another year or a few months from being obsolete. When Verizon rolls out LTE, that will change the whole network and the phones too. And i also paid for it. And if i do upgrade i guess i would feel guilty but idk why though. Maybe because i think im spoiling myself.

Any suggestions or help? and has any one tried to Samsung Fascinate yet? the reviews on youtube are ok, but not what im looking for.

P.S. I DO NOT WANT THE CHOCOLATE TOUCH! IT HAS BAD REVIEWS AND MY FRIEND HAS IT BUT HATES IT! and its missing the basic feature of a camera, THE FLASH! lol

my sister hans the env3 and i tried it and the keyboard doesnt appeal to me very good, and hard for me to use (big fingers, small keyboard dont go together lol) and the enV touch i heard was crap and good, i read reviews and not a lot of them were positive.

like i want a good all touch screen with no physical. touch screen keyboards are better for me to txt on cause the keyboard is big.

What ever you do, do NOT get a Lg env Touch. I went through 9 of them b4 verizon let me upgrade early so now i have a motorola droid which i Love.

yeah for at&t. but i went to verizon tonight for an upgrade but they ran out of incredibles and i asked about iphone and he said when LTE comes out, you can go buy and iphone, and we can activate it on verizon. HUGE ASS HINT THEIR PEOPLE! DONT FORGET IT!

I do not live in the US but so far every friend of mine is satisfied with it. When you jailbreak it, it's a perfect phone.
