Where to meet girls?

I'm 13, and I really don't know many places to meets girls outside of school. where would be a good casual place to meet people without making it awkward?
Also, how can you or is there anyway to tell if a stranger is interested in you? Thanks!

the mall? i meen there not like creatures that come out in the middle on the night. you can kinda tell if a stranger is interested if they maybe stare at you or smile at you or something. just go up to them and talk to them

Man, when I was your age I was building epic fucking forts and dicking around on motorcycles around the ditches where I live, not rushing for girls. They're not worth your time at your age.

hahaha... im with you dude^. :D but eh... you can meet people jus by being around town and hanging out with some of your friends friends. i dunno cuz i usually meet new people at parties and stuff like that, but i don't look for relationships. :/ and you can tell someone likes you like beedubs said. if you look at them and they look back and they smile. :) its purdy awesome when it happens. lol. and/or when you talk, they flirt.

Don't just go and rush into a relationship either, because then it will sometimes (not saying always) could be a break up and you definitely don't want that to happen for your first experience in a relationship.

The best place to meet people is to get involved in after school activities and go different[lease. Or as the user above said just go to the mall or hang out with some of your friends so that you can be introduced to new people. Just have fun and don't take this whole relationship thing as seriously. Good luck.

just invite like 10 or more friends to the movies half guys half girls and hook up with them there. If your looking for new people to meet have their friends that u don't know invite more people.

Swimming pool where i have always been asked out at, go with some buds, have a chat. and then invite some girls over or see if any take your eyes.
