I would go topless in my backyard since it's fenced in and also if I was quick running out to do something like get the mail. I would also like being topless at the beach. I would do it sometimes because I don't get embarrassed about my breasts and sometimes I feel like letting them free without worring about who sees them, but other places I wouldn't do it because I wouldn't want to attract too much attention.

Where I live, girls can go topless... although no one really ever does, and public places like sports arenas can make their own rules about such things.

So, it's rare, but if you see it, the cops can't do anything.

it's actually legal in new york state, but there's a difference between the legality of it and society's views. personally, i wouldn't. it's my own morality, and i don't think it's ladylike.

In Maine, it's LEGAL to be in public place and expose your breasts -yes, females- It's a class E misdemeanor when a person knowingly exposes their genitals in ways to cause alarm and such. Breasts are not considered genitals; therefore, it's legal in every aspect. Our society is just so stereotypical and upheld of the common good/law that no one does it.

Girls, you do have the "right" to in many places. It's just that Western society doesn't accept it, and you'll get negative comments and stares if you do it.

Since I'm a major moral fag, I don't think I would. I mean, I can walk around my own house naked since it's just my little sister and my mom. But besides that, no way. They have places for people to be nude in public [i.e. Hot Springs, Public Showers, Bath Houses, Nudist Beaches, etc.]. If someone feels the need to show off their body, they can go to one of those places anytime.

I didn't realize it was legal for females to be topless in New York and Maine. It's been legal in Ontario for a while now. Personally, I don't agree with it being legal.

This is a tricky question. Most people have answered the question "If it suddenly became legal for a woman to go topless/have the right, would you?" If we grew up in a society where women as well as men went topless I think that most women's answers would be yes... or yes if they felt good about their bodies... Just like it is for men.

Well if you think about it really, a womens breasts in my opinion aren't too to sexual. When you get right down to it, there naturally only there to feed your child, and not being allowed to have them out in public would be like not being allowed to have a baby bottle out in public. The only difference is 1. A womens breast milk is more nutritious than typical baby formula, and 2. There connected to their body.

Thats just my honest opinion. I think our society has wrapped up boobs in a stereotypical "Omg, boobs are awesome! If you see them, lets get a boner and horny!! yeah!", kind of attitude.
