I cant find my tools im freaking out

i cant find my blades im freaking out, i only have lots of needles, but i need the blades to make a sharp clean cut not needles to make ridged edges. Gosh, im hyperventilating, WHERES MY BLADES?I think my mom took them? I have her one, but not the ones with the black handles, im GOING TO CLEAN MY ROOM COMPLETELY AND FIND THEM but that will probably put me in my slight OCD moment, i dont have OCD, but when i clean i NEED to clean or else i freak out and have a long panic attack and get light headed and end up cutting myself. So maybe i shouldn't clean. GGGGRRRRRRRRR screw everything, im gonna clean and then cut. :guillotine::guillotine::guillotine::guillotine::guillotine::guillotine:

use this as an opritunity to get out of the self harm. you don have blades, don't cut. find something else to do

maybe talk about y u feel the urge to cut? x
talk to someone, do something, put your mind of it, just dont cut xx

As the other have said use this as a chance not to cut
Its not worth it in the end, just take a few deep breaths and get it back under control
Have you got anyone you can talk to, to help you with this?
