An emulator is a downloadable program used to read rom files. Rom files are old games, they are illegal to have, so I won't say if I use them or not. Pm and I'll tell you more.

An emulator is anything that emulates. Windows XP X64 edition has a 32bit emulator in ti so yo ucan run 32bit programs. I think you're talking about a game emulator though. A game emulator is a program that runs on your computer that plays *.rom files. A rom file is usually an older NES or N64 type game that your not "supposed" to have.

Im sure there are 360 games available on the internet that an emulator can run. Only older games are ROM's though. I know my original Xbox emulator ran the xbe file directly.

As for the processor, i do :)
