Every time I fall asleep I have these awful nightmares. Its always about me dying somehow. Does this mean anything? I am always so tired. I'm afraid to sleep most of the time. I often find myself waking up screaming. I am starting to hate sleep. I forget what real sleep feels like....

It probably doesn't mean anything no, though have you been under any more stress than usual lately? Try having a warm bath before you go to bed tonight, read or watch a movie instead of using the computer because it will help you relax a bit more. And try not to have naps during the day because it'll affect how early you can sleep at night. You're tired because of the quality of sleep you've been having. If you're having dreams like that you're going to be tired the day after.

You probably aren't happy right now.. Your brain is trying to tell you something... not the future... But some experience you had not so long ago... A movie... A fight... Anything... Try and find out what it was... Then you should sleep much better :)
btw hun... I'm here if you need me *.*
take care, hugs

Are you stressed out about something lately? Sometimes nightmares just come, than vanish completely. However, I have a condition called "Night Terrors" which causes me to have very vivid, real feeling nightmares all the time, so if this continues.... maybe you should talk to your doctor about it?
Best of luck!

when we sleep our minds tend to wander
i get nightmares too but they don't nessesarily mean anything
in my opinion if these nightmares keep continuing u might want to seek professional help, its probably nothing tho so don't worry
