Being fat can make your penis look smaller but doesnt really affect its actual size. If you're enormously fat your penis can sort of get swallowed up my your pubic mound, but you have to be really huge for that to happen.

no fattness does not make a penis small - it only makes fat guys look that way. fat guys have the same range of penis as skinny guys do.

no, penis size stays the same, regardless of any weight change. The change in weight will just make it look a lot smaller.
