I tried googling it, but all I got was tl;dr answers.

I am no sports and exercise expert, since I'm lazier than lazy, but what I wanna know is whether exercise will make your metabolism faster. When I mean exercise, I don't mean weight training or any shit like that, I'm on about cardio work outs.

I'm gonna be honest, I really want a faster metabolism. You know, like those people who can eat 45678949032457293 cupcakes a day and not gain a single pound. As I've already said, I am lazy and impatient; but when I want something, I will work for it. :P

*I promise I will not relapse into over-exercising, because I don't want history to repeat itself. If you don't know what I'm on about, don't worry and don't pay any attention to this.*

Sorry for another tl;dr answer but

not what you're thinking.
If you don't natraully have something like that, you won't get it. but it can help things go faster, because muscle mass burns more calories existing than fat does (which burns next to nothing)

i see this being a quick spiral for you, though, but since when am i one to talk.
